Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team. Cancellation approval shall depend upon:

  • Nature of service purchased
  • Stage of service delivery
  • Applicable contractual obligations

Certain services that have already been delivered, consumed, or activated may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered for:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect transaction processing
  • Services not delivered due to verified technical issues
  • Eligible cancellations approved by the Company

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service activation
  • Property purchase decisions
  • Investment performance expectations
  • Developer-related delays
  • Market fluctuations

Property Bookings

Any booking amount paid toward a property shall be subject to the terms agreed between the customer, developer, owner, or seller. The Big Assets shall not be responsible for refunds governed by third-party agreements.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.

Disputes

Any refund dispute shall be reviewed by the Company based on transaction records and service usage details.
