Any booking amount paid toward a property shall be subject to the terms agreed between the customer, developer, owner, or seller. The Big Assets shall not be responsible for refunds governed by third-party agreements.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
Any refund dispute shall be reviewed by the Company based on transaction records and service usage details.
